This recipe celebrates the pure, delicious flavor of Wagyu beef.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Kohafo Wagyu Hambagu Patty

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Optional: Butter (for added richness)


Instructions:

  1. Thaw: Fully thaw the Wagyu Hambagu Patty in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  2. Heat Oil: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add the cooking oil.

  3. Season: Lightly season the Wagyu Hambagu Patty with salt and pepper.

  4. Sear: Sear the patty for 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a medium-rare doneness. If you prefer a more well-done patty, sear for an additional one or two minutes per side.

  5. Add Butter (Optional): To enhance the flavor, add a pat of butter to the pan during the last minute of cooking. Use a spoon to baste the melted butter over the patty to add richness.

  6. Rest: Let the patty rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve it on its own or with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
